Treated Wood Waste Variances Important Notice: DTSC is only accepting applications for disposal facility (landfill) variances at this time.  If you are not a landfill you must wait until February 19, 2021, to apply for a variance.  DTSC will be holding a second ZOOM webinar about the variance application process on Friday February 19, 2021, at 1:00 PM and a link to register for the webinar can be found here: Treated Wood Waste Variance Application Process Webinar Number 2Beginning on February 16, 2021, DTSC will be inviting interested parties to apply for a variance from certain provisions of law relating to the management of treated wood waste.
